Moon Dragon: Novella app for iPhone and iPad

Moon Dragon: Novella (iPad Edition) is the lite Story Reader’s Version of the game-novel Moon Dragon: Heroes.

The story is based on writer/artist/filmmaker Gil De Palma’s original work, “Moon Dragon,” Finalist in 2003 Moondance International Film Festival.

It is the scaled-down version of Moon Dragon: Heroes for those who want to read the full story without going through the games quest stages and battle scenes.

GAMEPLAY

Moon Dragon: Novella pits you against the Dragon Wall, a quick-flip memory game that holds the key to the story pages. All you have to do is tap two matching dragon guardians to eliminate them.

You only have 60 seconds to clear the Dragon Wall of all the guardians.

WARNING: A Spidredd assassin appears every ten seconds to take one of your lives. And with every mistake you make, you conjure up a BitBat monster out to distract you and eat your heart. You must tap fast to destroy them. Try using your power-ups—you will be amazed by their power and visual treat.

Every Dragon Wall you conquer opens a page until you complete the whole story. The reward you get for success is the in-game Moon Dragon: Heroes special edition e-book.

THE STORY

Heres a glimpse of the story that you are about to read...

Hoping to save his dying magical world with human technology, a dragon crosses over to Earth by switching souls with a ten-year-old boy…

An evil scientist traps the dragon in the boy’s body, causing a distortion of reality that begins to destroy the planet. In a similar predicament, the boy finds himself ensnared in the dragon’s body, hastening the demise of the dragon’s world.

They must live each other’s life through perilous life-transforming adventures to save each other’s home world.

Or life as they know it will come to an end.
